Sellers of domain should get an expert's opinion on what their domain could sell for in the market place. This is important so they don't ask too much for their domain and never end of selling it, or they accept an offer too small and don't receive the right value for their property. Buyer will want an appraisal because one never wants to over pay or pay more than something is actually worth.
